Regents Flu Vaccine Clinic

Location:  Squires Hall - 1st Floor Grammar Building

Cost: Cash or Check payable to Flu Busters. Receipts provided.

$25 Flu shot (inactivated vaccine)
$30 Flu Mist nasal spray vaccine - only for healthy individuals age 5 to 49.

Bring your payment and flu shot or flu mist  consent forms with you at time of vaccine.

Who:  Staff, parents, family members and students ages 5 & up.

• Must register in advance www.regentsschool.com/flu to ensure we have enough vaccine
• Cash or checks payable to Flu Busters
• Payment and consent form is due at time of vaccine
