Regents Board of Directors
Regents School of Austin is a private 501c3 non-profit organization formed under the laws of the State of Texas. The Board of Directors consists of appointed and elected members. The overall responsibility of the board is to advance the school according to our statement of faith, under the school's by-laws, and in accordance with its stated objectives and mission. There are five permanent members (rotating one position on sabbatical leave annually) and three elected who serve three year staggered terms. A family with at least one child enrolled in the school is entitled to a single vote in the annual election of board members each May.
Monthly meetings of the board are posted on our bulletin boards.
