Hiring, Compensation and Training

Teachers and and coaches are honored as a significant stakeholder in the development of the school because they are the primary implementers of our Classical, Christian education.

Therefore, Regents seeks to recruit, hire, nurture and retain an exemplary faculty and staff.  This is achieved through an intentional hiring process, competitive compensation, sufficient training, evaluation and mentoring of faculty members, and by promoting a welcoming and professional work environment.

 

Tactical Goals 2009-2010

Initiate community-wide study called "The Ideal Regents Teacher/Coach"

Advance training/nurturing for new teachers

Advance leadership training and structure for employees

Review long-term administrative structure
